I have painted and made things all of my life, but shown very little I generally like people, but find contact with them challenging, so exhibiting was difficult.
After testing earlier with the Mindplasticity (ADHD diagnosis) people this year and following a decision to address my 'co-morbities' that is autism, right brain seizures, plus some, as a means of gaining respite from my thinking and slowing things down. I am unable to be medicated for my conditions.
Over the past 8months I have worked with a neo psychologist, which has helped to define the physiology of my situation and how it feels to be me.
Most importantly have found that embracing Taoist philosophies' has given me the framework to change my thinking, to breathe air into my life and is helping me to center.
